Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities across core industries (Steel, Cement, Mining, Ports, Power, Oil & Gas).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle – presentations, demos, and application advice.
  • Collaborate with clients and RKB's internal teams to deliver solution-oriented sales.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
  • Contribute to RKB's reputation as not just a supplier, but a consulting partner for industries

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–7 years in B2B technical sales, ideally in industrial products or capital equipment.
  • Technical understanding of mechanical/industrial equipment
  • Strong communication & negotiation abilities
  • Solution-oriented approach (beyond product selling)
  • Stability-focused mindset, aiming to grow with the company for 5+ years.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
