Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical solutions, and demonstrating how products meet their needs. The role involves delivering technical support, driving sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing strong relationships with clients, assisting with technical queries, and staying up to date with advancements in metal alloy solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving client issues effectively
  • Strong skills in Communication and building client relationships
  • Proven ability in identifying new business opportunities and closing sales
  • Technical knowledge of precious metal alloys and their applications is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
