Candidate should be open for client visit. (no inside sales)

Diploma or degree in mechanical is Mandatory.

B2B sales experience required.

ROLE OVERVIEW As a Technical Sales Engineer (Domestic), you will be the primary point of contact for industrial clients across India. You will identify business opportunities, present precision bolting and in-situ machining product range, and close techno-commercial orders across key sectors including Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Fertilizer, and PEB.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify and develop new clients in Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Fertilizer, and PEB sectors across India. • Present and demonstrate bolting and machining equipment at client sites. • Prepare techno-commercial offers, proposals, and follow up to close orders. • Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and after-sales support. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, pipeline status, and activity logs.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. • 1 to 4 years of experience in technical / industrial sales (freshers are welcome to apply). • Willingness to travel domestically across India as required. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
