Role Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales by providing expert technical support and tailored solutions to CEMENT and GLASS production facilities. You will identify customer needs and guide them in choosing the right solutions to meet their objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop proposals and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering in the Cement and/or Glass Industries
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting in refractory applications
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Proven ability to strategise and close sales opportunities
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex machinery or engineering concepts
  • Self-motivated with effective organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Science or related field; or equivalent experience
