Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales Engineer with hands-on knowledge in Machine Vision Systems, including industrial cameras, optics, lighting, image processing, industrial communication protocols, and automation integration.
The candidate should be capable of understanding customer inspection requirements, proposing suitable vision solutions, conducting technical discussions, preparing techno-commercial offers, and supporting project execution with the engineering team.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing sales capability in the industrial automation and vision inspection domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Machine Vision and Industrial Automation market.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable industrial cameras, lenses, optics, lighting solutions, and vision controllers.
• Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution presentations with customers.
• Work closely with engineering teams to design and propose custom vision inspection systems.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial documents.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC), feasibility studies, and customer trials.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for solution implementation.
• Support system integration involving PLCs, robotics, and industrial networks.
• Maintain customer relationships and sales pipeline activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Measurement & Gauging
• Defect Detection
• AI/Deep Learning-based inspection concepts (preferred)

Qualifications
