Technical Sales Engineer

Role Description :

Jergens India is looking for a motivated and technically strong Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on technical sales, application support, and business development of industrial products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Promote and sell Workholding Solutions, Lifting Solutions, Specialty Fasteners, and Assembly Solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate new leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial products.
• Experience in tooling, workholding, and lifting solutions will be preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and application understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business.
