Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Qualification:
Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
1 to 3 years
Key Requirements:
Good knowledge of Siemens Numerical Relays, protection systems & applications
Understanding of SCADA systems and RTUs
Ability to explain technical solutions to customers in simple and clear language
Basic knowledge of SLDs, control panels, and substation automation
Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and meeting.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in protection and SCADA solutions
Meet customers, understand their technical requirements, and suggest suitable Siemens solutions
Provide pre-sales support: product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution presentations
Coordinate with internal engineering teams for technical clarifications
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers
Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Collect market insights, competitor information, and upcoming project leads
