Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, based in Chennai. The responsibilities include delivering technical solutions to prospective clients, conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, and providing technical support during the sales process. The role also involves identifying customer needs, preparing tailored proposals, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Candidates must maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction by addressing technical and sales-related queries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify and fulfill client technical needs
- Strong skills in Technical Support to troubleshoot and address customer challenges effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales strategies with a focus on achieving targets and fostering business development
- Educational background in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with auditing and safety compliance in electrical systems is advantageous
