Technical Sales Engineer

Sales & Application Engineer in Pune & Nasik

We're looking for a person with experience in metal cutting industry to work at Specific part of India.

Essential Functions:

- Mange Existing Dealer or customer of allocated area.

- Develop new dealers in allocated area.

- Provide technical support to dealer and their customer.

- visits dealer or their potential customer to identify new product opportunities.

- understand the application of customer and suggest best suitable products accordingly.

- conduct a trial of product.

- make technical

improvements in customers existing way of product uses to provide benefit.

- Conducting successful product trial and conver it in to orders.

- Regualr visit at customer and set schedule orders.

- maintain minimum monthly orders from every customers.

Skills:

- Good Carbide tools knowledge.

- Good engineering industry knowledge of respected area.

- Technical products skills and trails conduct eligible.

- Good convincing skills.

- Familiar of CRM software uses.

- Ability to work with colleagues as a team

- Goal-orientation

- Ability to build client relationships easily

- Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills

- Presentation skills and ability to convey product value

- High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory

- Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts

- Multi-tasking, time-management

- Desire and aptitude to grow skillset and increase knowledge

- Readiness for regular business-trips around country

Minimum qualification:

- Technical education (priority: metal-cutting machines and tools, mechanical engineering technology, mechanical processing or engineering faculty at a specialized technical university/college)

- Fluent English as a second language

- 3+ years reliable technical background (experience as an engineer at a carbide tool related company with metal cutting sites, as engineer / sales manager at a manufacturing company or a seller of cutting tools)

- Good knowledge of the nomenclature metal-cutting tools produced by the leaders of the world market

- Familiar with the work update in any kind CRM software in previous company.
