Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The responsibilities include providing technical support and expertise to prospective and existing clients, delivering technical presentations, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions. The role also involves engaging with customers to drive sales efforts, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
• Experience in providing hands-on Technical Support for products or systems
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify and proactively address customer needs
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Educational background in engineering or a related technical field
• Previous experience in a similar role or in industrial equipment sectors is an advantage
