Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer, based in Tiruchirappalli with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing technical solutions to address their manufacturing needs. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, delivering technical support, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Strong skills in Technical Support and understanding of manufacturing solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes or tools within industries such as automotive, aerospace, or engineering
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (office in Tiruchirappalli with some work-from-home flexibility)
• Degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred
