Role Summary
The SAP Technical Sales Director will lead and scale BrickRed Systems SAP services revenue by combining deep SAP technical knowledge with strategic enterprise sales leadership. This role owns large, complex deals, drives go‑to‑market strategy, and positions BrickRed as a trusted SAP transformation partner for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the SAP services sales portfolio across enterprise and strategic accounts
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for complex SAP transformation deals, from discovery to closure
- Define and execute SAP go‑to‑market strategy aligned with BrickRed's growth objectives
- Partner closely with SAP solution architects, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders
- Engage C‑level and senior IT leaders to shape SAP modernization and digital transformation roadmaps
- Drive account planning, pipeline forecasting, and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP and ecosystem partners
- Represent BrickRed Systems at client briefings, SAP events, and industry forums
- Mentor and guide SAP sales and pre‑sales teams
Required Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in SAP solutions including S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, and integrations
- Proven experience selling SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into SAP‑led technical solutions
- Experience with large deal structuring, RFPs, and executive‑level presentations
- CRM and sales forecasting experience
