Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
- Receive and understand customer enquiries and requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, technical documents, and product information with customers.
- Coordinate with the technical, production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- Assist Sales Engineers in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and delivery status.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details, quotations, and order status.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining sales databases.
- Provide basic technical information about products to customers.
- Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits when required.
- Track pending enquiries and follow up with the concerned sales team.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer service and sales objectives.
- Handle routine customer communication through email and phone professionally.
