Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Consultant, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves collaborating with clients to provide tailored technical solutions, troubleshooting client issues, conducting technical sales consultations, and helping drive business growth. The individual will act as a bridge between technology and sales, ensuring seamless client experiences and boosting product adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Experience in Sales and Consulting to assist clients and support business development is preferable but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Technical Support with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Adaptability and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
