Technical Sales Associates

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Associate based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves promoting and selling CRD's commercial kitchen systems to potential clients, providing technical product support and recommendations, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the individual will deliver training sessions to educate clients about product features and functionality. Regular collaboration with internal teams is also required to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals.

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales, with experience in presenting and demonstrating technical products to clients
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in conducting Training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the commercial kitchen industry or knowledge of ventilation, drainage, or fire suppression systems is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
