· To diagnose and resolve technical issues in electroplating baths and associated processes (pre-treatment and post-treatment).
· To visit customer sites for technical meetings and address complex complaints.
· To provide timely, thorough, and professional responses to technical problems, ensuring continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectations.
· To demonstrate various chemicals and electroplating solutions to different industries.
· To conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use of products and plant operations.
· To prepare and deliver formal presentations on proposed products and services.
· To act as the primary point of contact for after-sales service support.
· To manage customer relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and support.
· To follow up on orders and payments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
· To engage in research and development activities to assist in the development of special products.
· To oversee the installation of new PROGRESSIVE processes or systems at customer facilities, including planning and managing all aspects of installation.
· To run chemical trials and address customer production issues effectively.
· To achieve sales and performance targets for specific geographic areas as set by the Regional Sales Manager.
· To ensure all PROGRESSIVE customer processes perform to satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency.
· To report on achievements, customer feedback, and any competitor information to the Regional Sales Manager.
· To submit daily reports to the Regional Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and achievements.
