Technical Resource Fulfillment Lead

We are looking for a hands-on IT Resource Fulfillment Manager who can take ownership of market sourcing and fulfillment for Digital Enterprise Platform requirements.

This role is responsible for sourcing resources from vendors, partners, and freelancers, validating skill fit, coordinating customer interviews, and ensuring timely deployment across platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, BMC, Freshworks, and similar enterprise technologies.

This is a supply-side, execution-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong background in IT staffing or IT services fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Understanding

Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to understand customer requirements, skill expectations, timelines, and commercials

Break down requirements into clear skill sets, experience levels, and availability needs

Market Sourcing and Vendor Management

Source IT resources through staffing vendors, service partners, freelancers, and boutique IT firms

Build and maintain a strong vendor and partner network

Negotiate rate cards, availability, and deployment terms

Maintain a ready pool of pre-vetted resources across platforms

Resource Screening and Validation

Screen profiles for technical fit, platform expertise, and project relevance

Validate certifications, experience, and communication skills

Ensure alignment with customer expectations

Customer Interview Coordination

Share shortlisted profiles with customers

Coordinate and schedule customer interviews

Prepare resources and vendors for interview expectations

Capture interview feedback and manage follow-ups

Fulfillment and Deployment

Ensure selected resources are deployed within agreed timelines

Coordinate onboarding with vendors and customers

Act as the single point of contact during fulfillment

Arrange backup resources to mitigate drop-outs or delays

Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear communication between Sales, Customers, Vendors, and internal teams

Provide regular status updates on open requirements

Proactively identify risks and propose alternatives

Process and Reporting

Track fulfillment metrics such as time-to-source, interview ratio, and deployment success

Maintain sourcing and vendor documentation

Continuously improve sourcing and fulfillment processes

Required Experience and Skills

Experience

3 to 8 years of experience in IT staffing, IT services, or resource fulfillment

Proven experience sourcing resources for enterprise platforms

Strong exposure to vendor-based sourcing models

Skills

Strong understanding of IT skill taxonomy and platform roles

Excellent vendor negotiation and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Strong communication and stakeholder management

High ownership and execution mindset

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Reporting Structure

Reports to Sales Head, Business Head, or Operations Head
