Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles in Software Development, DevOps, Data

Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and tech communities.

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates.

Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tech stacks such as Java, Python, React, AWS,

DevOps, etc.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Technical

degree preferred B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc).

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and sourcing from GitHub / Stack

Overflow.

Familiarity with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit preferred).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field like Human Resources or Business Administration
