Hiring: Technical Lead – Lifts & Elevators

Work Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Lifts/Elevators industry

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Lifts/Elevators industry.

Role

We are looking for an experienced Lift/Elevator Technical Professional who can independently handle and lead the recruitment of technical manpower.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of lifts/elevators and be capable of understanding manpower requirements, conducting technical interviews, assessing candidates and coordinating the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment of Lift/Elevator Technicians and other technical manpower.
• Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates practical knowledge and experience.
• Understand technical manpower requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Evaluate candidates knowledge of installation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
• Shortlist technically suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Lead and monitor the recruitment process to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Coordinate with clients regarding technical manpower requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening and technical assessments.
• Maintain a pipeline of suitable technical candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, selection and joining of selected candidates.
• Manage and guide the recruitment team involved in technical hiring.

Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience in Lifts/Elevators.
• Candidates from roles such as Lift/Elevator Technician, Supervisor, Service Engineer, Installation Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Service Supervisor or Technical Team Leader may apply.
• Strong practical knowledge of lift/elevator installation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
• Experience in leading or supervising technicians/team members.
• Should be capable of independently conducting technical interviews.
• Good communication, coordination and team-management skills.
• Willing to take responsibility for technical manpower recruitment and selection.
