Technical Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will focus on screening and qualifying candidates for IT roles, rather than sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and shortlist relevant technical candidates.
  
• Conduct initial HR and basic technical screening.
  
• Evaluate communication, experience, skills, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
  
• Understand candidate projects and verify actual hands-on experience.
  
• Coordinate technical interviews and candidate follow-ups.
  
• Maintain candidate information and status in Zoho Recruit.
  
• Work with the recruitment team to move qualified candidates through the process.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
  
• Good understanding of common IT roles and technologies.
  
• Strong communication and candidate-interviewing skills.
  
• Ability to identify genuine technical experience from resumes and conversations.
  
• Experience with ATS/recruitment tools is preferred.
  

Note: This is primarily a candidate screening and coordination role. Candidate sourcing will not be the main responsibility.
