What You'll Be Doing

Own the Full Hiring Lifecycle

From understanding the team's needs to drafting compelling JDs, sourcing top talent, scheduling interviews, and sealing the dealyou'll lead it all.

Partner with Hiring Managers

Be the go-to advisor for our team leads. You'll help them define role expectations, create scorecards, and bring clarity to hiring decisions.

Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines

You're not just sourcing for todayyou're networking and nurturing relationships with amazing talent for the future.

Deliver a 5-Star Candidate Experience

Your follow-ups are timely, your communication is clear, and candidates walk away with a great impressioneven if they don't get the role.

Track, Improve, Repeat

You'll work with data to optimize the recruitment processthink conversion rates, sourcing efficiency, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.

Contribute to Employer Branding

Got a flair for storytelling Help us show the world what it's like to work here through social media, campaigns, and career page magic.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

  • Has 24 years of recruitment experience (SaaS/tech experience and US hiring = big bonus).
  • Has expert sourcing skills on platforms like LinkedIn and niche job boards.
  • Understands both tech and non-tech hiring like the back of their hand.
  • Is great with people, organized under pressure, and thrives in a startup culture.
  • Is familiar with ATS tools like Keka Hire, Zoho, or Indeed.
  • Wants to make hiring smarter, more human, and data driven.
