Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end IT hiring initiatives. The role requires managing a team of recruiters, partnering with business stakeholders, driving recruitment strategy, and ensuring timely closure of technology positions across various levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business talent requirements.
- Manage a team of recruiters and ensure achievement of hiring targets and SLAs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and market trends.
- Drive sourcing through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche technology skills.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
- Conduct market intelligence, talent benchmarking, and competitor hiring analysis.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements, recruitment automation, and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Product Engineering.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, assessment, and offer management.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Team leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 8–12 years of recruitment experience with at least 4 years in a team management role.
- Experience in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, RPO, GCC, or corporate talent acquisition environments.
