Title: Technical Recruiter (US IT Staffing )
No of positions: 3
Location: Anywhere in India / Remote. Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore are preferred
Compensation: Competitive ( Base + Excellent commission )
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 6 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in US staffing industry
- Experience with USA based IT / Technical Staffing operations is a MUST
- Experience recruiting US candidates on W2 and/or C2C
- Excellent handling of end to end recruiting
- Working with job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, Indeed.com etc.
- Experience with working with Social Media recruiting using LinkedIn, Twitter etc
- Experience with ATS like JobDiva, Ceipal, MaxHire, CATSone or similar
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
- Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in hybrid model will be plus point
- Working hours: 8pm to 5:30am IST
Responsibilities:
- Full Life Cycle of Technical Recruiting (Sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
