We are looking for a
Technical Recruiter who is passionate about hiring top tech talent and can drive end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering, QA, DevOps, and product roles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, experience in fast-paced tech hiring, and the ability to partner closely with delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source, engage, and nurture top-tier candidates for roles such as software developers, QA engineers, automation testers, DevOps engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
- Strategically use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, AngelList, and niche tech communities.
- Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from JD creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, to final onboarding.
- Conduct detailed technical pre-screening to assess candidate skills and suitability.
- Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, tech leads, and department heads to understand role expectations, required competencies, and project timelines.
- Provide hiring insights, talent availability feedback, and market intelligence to stakeholders.
- Recruitment Strategy & Optimization
- Implement best practices in technical hiring and continuously improve sourcing techniques, screening frameworks, and interview processes.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline conversion.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and support HR campaigns.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure hiring processes comply with company guidelines and data protection standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services/product/SaaS).
- Strong understanding of technologies such as:
- Java/JavaScript/Python/PHP frameworks
- MERN/LAMP stack
- Mobile (iOS/Android/Flutter)
- Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium), Manual Testing
- Cloud/DevOps (AWS, Azure, CI/CD)
- UI/UX, Product & Project Management
- Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced tech environments or digital agencies is preferred.
