Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Handle end‑to‑end US IT recruitment (Inbound & Outbound) for onsite positions across the US market.
  2. Strong knowledge of US work visas – H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, TN, and compliance.
  3. Expertise in US geography, time zones, state‑wise hiring, and US staffing dynamics.
  4. Good technical understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, DevOps, GEN-AI, DE, AI etc).
  5. Proven experience with 1099, C2C, W2 hiring models and client/vendor coordination.

Requirements

  1. Exp working with Services company- Not staffing
  2. Direct client exposure a plus.
  3. Handled 6+ roles at any given time.
  4. Multiple time zone exp
  5. deep understanding of technology
  6. Not just a resume source but should know business and impact the person will create in the role.
