Job Summary:
We are seeking a US Recruiter to support hiring efforts for Automotive, Aerospace, and IT positions across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with hiring managers and clients to fulfill staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Meet recruitment annual targets and client delivery timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 -5 years of experience in US recruitment (Automotive, Aerospace, IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferred).
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and Monster.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, and professional positions.
- Understanding of US employment practices and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
