Job Title: US Staffing Recruiter MSP/VMS Programs (Junior Level)

Location: Vadodara Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented US Staffing Recruiter to support high-volume MSP/VMS-based recruitment programs across multiple domains, including IT, Pharma, Engineering, Healthcare, and other Non-IT skill sets. This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands the pace, precision, and performance expectations of MSP environments and is eager to grow in a competitive US staffing ecosystem.

You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and compliant submissions through VMS portals, and consistently delivering quality talent aligned with client requirements. This role offers strong exposure to leading MSP clients, diverse job families, and a performance-driven growth path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates across IT and Non-IT domains (Pharma, Engineering, Healthcare, Scientific, Operations, etc.) using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls to assess technical, functional, and behavioral fit against MSP job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, and offer support.
  • Submit candidates accurately and timely through VMS portals while adhering to client-specific guidelines, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner closely with internal account managers and delivery teams to understand role priorities, submission expectations, and client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data, status tracking, and documentation within the ATS and VMS systems.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure engagement, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and submission targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven MSP environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
  • Exposure to recruiting across multiple domains (IT, Healthcare, Pharma, Engineering, or other Non-IT roles).
  • Hands-on experience working within MSP programs and submitting candidates through VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a US shift, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-focused recruitment setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Basic understanding of US hiring compliance, including work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Prior experience supporting contingent workforce hiring under MSP/VMS models.
