We're Hiring: IT Recruiter - US Staffing.

Location: Noida, India ( Sector 62)

What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and engage IT professionals for US-based clients

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Leverage job portals, social media, and networking platforms to build a strong talent pipeline

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and client expectations

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to source and close candidates within tight timelines
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
