Job Description
Technical Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on the job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and the HR team.
- Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of IT skills and technical roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
