We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top technical talent to meet our growing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical positions
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and build effective job descriptions
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation
• Utilizing various platforms and tools for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment _Domestic Staffing (C2h roles)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including software development, data science, and IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in conducting technical interviews and assessments
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
