Technical Recruiter

Role: US IT/Technical Recruiters (Mid/Sr US IT/Non IT Recruiter)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (work from office)

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

- Manage end-to-end recruitments for US-based clients

- Source candidates from US job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn

- Work on majorly C2C, and 1099 tax terms

- Collaborate with Account Managers & clients to meet requirements

- Negotiate salaries & benefits, ensuring smooth onboarding

- Maintain ATS compliance and a robust candidate pipeline

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of proven US IT/ Technical recruitment experience

- Knowledge of US job boards & sourcing strategies

- Familiarity with VMS portals, ATS platforms

- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
