TecQubes is looking for a proactive and target-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore!

Role: IT Recruiter

Experience: 4–8 years (Only)

Location: Bangalore ( Bellandur / Marathahalli)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant profiles for core IT requirements.

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of requirements.

• Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive submissions proactively.

What We're Looking For

Min 3 year of Strong experience in IT sourcing and candidate screening skills

Clear understanding of IT roles, JD's and recruitment processes

Target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality submissions

Strong Communication and candidate engagement skills.

Mandatory - 3 days - WFO
