We are looking for a highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in technical recruitment and stakeholder management.

Experience: 4–7 Years

Location: 17 AWHO Jawahar Nagar, Indra Nagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – 248006, India

Key Responsibilities

1      Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

2      Collaborate with hiring managers

3      Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals

4      Screen and shortlist candidates

5      Ensure quality submissions

6      Coordinate interviews

7      Build talent pipeline

8      Maintain reports and metrics

Required Skills

1      4+ years IT recruitment experience

2      Understanding of tech stacks (Full stack engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, SAP, etc.)

3      Strong sourcing skills

4      Excellent communication

5      Stakeholder management

 

Preferred Skills

1      Experience in IT staffing firms

2      GCC hiring exposure
