Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.

About the Role

Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy. Should be actively involved in the recruitment life cycle, from finding suitable candidates to onboarding them at the client place.

Responsibilities

• Research into clients organization, competitors and marketplace.
• Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
• Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Research and develop recruiting leads.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree with excellent communication skills.
• Exp: 4 - 8 Years into IT recruitments.
• Should possess global hiring experience (Middle-east hiring experience will be an added advantage).
• Must have used the latest social media channels as a sourcing platform.
• Should have experience in technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
• Should be familiar with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, reports and trackers.
