About The Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Technical Recruiter who loves tech, understands engineers, and enjoys building teams that actually ship things. If you come from a tech background (or think like one) and want to move fast, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles (engineering, data, cloud, SAP, and niche skills)
- Partner closely with founders, leaders, and tech teams to understand real hiring needs
- Proactively source and engage strong tech talent (not just wait for resumes)
- Screen candidates with a solid understanding of tech stacks and roles
- Drive a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first call to offer
- Keep hiring data clean and insights sharp using ATS and dashboards
What We're Looking For
- 23 years of experience in technical hiring
- Tech background preferred (Engineering / IT / Computer Science or similar exposure)
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and hiring challenges
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment
- Clear communicator with a proactive, ownership mindset
