Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for the European market. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for IT roles, along with a good understanding of European work permit and visa regulations. The recruiter should be comfortable handling both permanent and contract hiring while working in a fast-paced environment and meeting recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the European region.
- Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment for both permanent and contract roles.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Possess knowledge of European work permits, visa requirements, and compliance.
- Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter for the European market.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Knowledge of European work permits and visa processes.
- Experience hiring for permanent and contract positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
