Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing high-quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruit for technical roles such as:

  • Full Stack Developers
  • Frontend and Backend Engineers
  • DevOps Engineers
  • Cloud Engineers
  • QA/Test Automation Engineers
  • Data Engineers
  • AI/ML Engineers
  • Cybersecurity Professionals
  • Product Managers
  • Technical Support Engineers
  • Prepare and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with technology trends, hiring market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employee referral programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for software development and technology roles.
  • Strong knowledge of technical skill sets, software technologies, and IT job markets.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for product-based or technology companies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with global hiring or remote recruitment.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is an added advantage.
