Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Sourcing Recruiter with 34 years of experience in talent acquisition, who will play a key role in driving end-to-end hiring processes and building a strong talent pipeline for Tata Advanced Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, evaluating, and coordinating interviews.
Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review.
Focus on sourcing niche technical and non-technical talent as per business needs.
Work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
