Position: Technical Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months 3 Years
Location: Chennai Ambattur
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, and related technologies.
Handle both Contract Staffing and Permanent Hiring requirements.
Understand technical job requirements and perform initial candidate screening.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, communication, and overall fit.
Source candidates using job portals, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage follow-ups.
Support onboarding, documentation, and joining processes.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Required Skills
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
Experience in Contract Staffing and Permanent Hiring.
Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Target-oriented and organized approach to recruitment.
