We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, stakeholder management, and the ability to move fast while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri portals, referrals, GitHub, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/behavioural assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate engagement
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
