Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep them informed about job opportunities.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technical environment (0-0 years of experience).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
