Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Recruiter with at least 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet business objectives. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong sourcing strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes and track metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing.
• Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for various roles across different industries.
• Experience in the EU, US, or UK markets is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects.
