Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a contractual RPO engagement supporting enterprise technology hiring. The role focuses on recruiting specialized technical talent across cloud-based platforms, CRM ecosystems, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

The recruiter will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, manage complex technical requirements, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs, processes, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche and high-impact technical roles.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates for platform engineering and customer-facing technical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers, architects, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine hiring requirements
  • Translate technical and business needs into actionable and scalable hiring strategies
  • Provide market intelligence related to talent availability, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and risk areas
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS systems, ensuring reporting, pipeline visibility, and compliance with RPO standards
  • Deliver a consultative and professional candidate experience aligned with enterprise hiring expectations
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed SLAs and quality benchmarks

Required Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment preferably in RPO
  • Demonstrated experience hiring for cloud platforms, CRM technologies, or enterprise software roles
  • Strong understanding of modern enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
  • Strong negotiation, offer management, and closure capabilities
