Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Domestic IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
- Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth closure
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience in domestic IT hiring (Non-US staffing)
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience working in a staffing/recruitment firm
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
