Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Technical Recruiter (NON-IT) role located in Hyderabad. The Technical Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates in the MEP and related industries. Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders. The recruiter will also foster effective communication and relationships with both candidates and hiring partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and general Recruiting practices
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in large-scale or technical workforce recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Salary: INR 25,000/- to INr 35,000/-
