Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing And Screening
- Utilize multiple channels for sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Presentation
- Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with their technical and cultural expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews.
Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical candidates for current and future client requirements.
- Proactively engage with potential candidates to keep them informed about relevant opportunities.
Negotiation And Offer Management
- Facilitate communication between clients and candidates during the negotiation process.
- Manage offer discussions and ensure a smooth closing process.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
- Provide insights to clients on market dynamics and talent availability.
Compliance And Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Performance Metrics
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.
