About the Role

THC – The Hiring Company is looking for passionate and result-driven Technical Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities and the capability to handle bulk IT hiring for multiple clients across various technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen bulk IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Work on multiple client requirements simultaneously

• Identify candidates for technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, React, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, and more

• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview processes

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

• Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to close positions efficiently

• Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong experience in sourcing IT candidates in bulk

• Understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets

• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed, and other sourcing platforms is preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field

• Freshers with strong sourcing skills or experienced recruiters can apply

• Prior exposure to IT recruitment/staffing is an added advantage
