Technical Recruiter – Microsoft & Infrastructure (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support part-time hiring for Microsoft technologies, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified technical candidates.
Recruit for Microsoft technologies, including Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows, PowerShell, VDI, PKI, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Identify candidates for roles such as Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Infrastructure Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and System Administrators.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment trackers and build talent pipelines.
Deliver quality candidate profiles within agreed timelines and hiring targets.

Required Skills

3–6 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
Experience recruiting Microsoft, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure professionals.
Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and Boolean searches.
Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate suitability.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment requirements.
Experience hiring for international clients is an advantage.
