Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who can identify, attract, evaluate, and close strong technical and operational talent across food manufacturing and related sectors.

This is not a traditional HR coordination role.

We are looking for someone who understands how to identify practical execution-oriented people — individuals who can operate inside factories, solve problems under pressure, improve systems, and help scale operations.

The recruiter will work closely with founders and technical leadership to build teams across:

• Food Technology & NPD

• Production & Manufacturing

• QA / QC / Food Safety

• Packaging Operations

• Procurement & Supply Chain

• Technical Operations

• Plant & Process Engineering

• AI, Data & Technical Roles (select cases)

Key Responsibilities

• Source strong technical and operational talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, institutes, and industry networks

• Build and maintain pipelines for manufacturing and technical hiring

• Conduct first-level screening and practical evaluation of candidates

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring workflows

• Understand technical role requirements deeply before hiring

• Identify execution capability, ownership mindset, stability, and practical experience in candidates

• Build recruiter and institute networks for long-term hiring

• Support hiring for both junior and senior technical roles

• Maintain hiring trackers, follow-ups, documentation, and recruitment metrics

• Help improve employer branding and talent attraction systems

What We Are Looking For

• 2–6 years of recruitment experience in technical, manufacturing, FMCG, food, engineering, or operations hiring

• Strong sourcing capability on LinkedIn and Naukri

• Ability to identify practical talent beyond resumes and certifications

• High ownership and follow-through

• Strong communication and coordination ability

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with speed and structure

• Prior experience hiring for factories, plants, manufacturing setups, or technical teams is preferred
