About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Leadership Hiring Recruiter to drive executive-level hiring, ensuring we attract top industry talent for senior and C-suite roles. This role requires strong expertise in headhunting, market mapping, stakeholder management, and executive candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end leadership hiring, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Identify, engage, and assess senior-level talent through proactive sourcing methods.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand key role requirements.
Manage confidential searches and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders and passive talent pools.
Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks for executive roles.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of experience in leadership or executive hiring.
Strong knowledge of headhunting techniques, Boolean searches, and talent research.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact with senior leaders.
Experience in salary negotiations and closing C-suite roles.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
Prior experience in executive search firms or leadership hiring within corporates.
